Rosuvastatin 10mg and 20mg

New generation statin

Composition:  in 1 film-coated tablet - 10mg or 20mg rosuvastatin.

Pharmacotherapeutic group: lipid-lowering agent, HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors.

Indications: 

• Hypercholesterolemia
• Prevention of disorders of the cardiovascular system

Administration and dosage:

Take only according to a doctor prescription.!

For the treatment of hypercholesterolemia, the recommended starting dose is 5 mg or 10 mg orally, once a day.

To prevent the development of the risk of cardiovascular system disorders - 20 mg, once a day.

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients
• Liver diseases, which are also accompanied by a quantitative increase in plasma transaminases
• Severe renal impairment
• Myopathies
• In case of receiving concomitant ciclosporin
• Pregnancy and lactation

Packing: 10 film-coated tablets of 10mg or 20mg in a blister, 3 blisters in a cardboard box along with a leaflet.

Storage: store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, out of the reach of children.
