Therapy:

• Infections of ENT-organs (acute bacterial sinusitis)
• Lower respiratory tract infections (acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis,community-acquired pneumonia).
• Complicated skin and soft tissue infections (diabetic foot ulcer)
• Complicated urinary tract infections (pyelonephritis)
• Uncomplicated cystitis
• Chronic bacterial prostatitis
• Inhalation Anthrax (post exposure prophylaxis)

Administration and dosage: According to a doctor prescription. For oral administration.

Standard dosage for adults (18 year)- 500 mg (1 tab) one or twice per day,regardless of the meal.

Dosage and duration of treatment for various diseases may be different.

Contraindications: Hypersensitive to levofloxacin or other quinolones or any of the excipients of medicine, epilepsy, patients with history of tendon disorders related to fluoroquinolone administration, children or growing adolescents (up to 18 years), pregnancy, lactation.

Storage: Store below 25°C, in the original package.

Packing: 10 tablets (with score line) in a blister. 1 blister (10 tablets) in a cardboard box along with a leaflet.
