Composition: in 1 tablet – albendazole 200mg.
Pharmacotherapeutic group: Anthelmintic and antiprotozoal agent.
Indications: ascariasis; enterobiasis (pinworm), echinococcosis, giardiasis in children; hymenolepiasis (dwarf tapeworm), taeniasis (pork tapeworm), trichuriasis (whipworm), trichinosis, ankylostomiasis and necatoriasis; gnathostomosis; cutaneous larva migrans; clonorchiasis; hepaticolosis; neurocysticercosis; strongyloidiasis; toxocariasis; opisthorchiasis.
Administration and dosage: According to a doctor prescription. The drug is taken orally with food. If recovery does not occur within 3 weeks, the second course of treatment should be assigned. For patients who are unable to swallow the tablet, it is recommended to crush and take it with some water.
Standard dosage for intestinal infestations and cutaneous larva migrans.

Standard dosage for systemic helminthiasis.
The dosing regimen is individual depending on the age, body weight and severity of infestation. The drug is not recommended to prescribe in high doses for children up to 6 years. For patients with a body weight >60kg the ZESTAVAL dose is 2 tab (400mg) x2/day. For patients with a body weight <60kg the dosage is 15mg/kg/day in 2 intakes. The maximum daily dose is 4 tab (800mg).

Contraindications: Retinal pathology; pregnancy; lactation (breastfeeding); hypersensitivity, age below 1 year.
Packing: 2 tablets in a blister. 1 blisters (2 tablets) in a cardboard box along with a leaflet.
