Composition: In 1 capsule – fluconazole 150mg.
Pharmacotherapeutic group: Antifungal agent.
Indications:
- Candidiasis (generalized, cutaneous, mucosal, genital) – treatment and prevention;
- Skin mycoses (athlete's foot, body, inguinal, tinea versicolor, onychomycosis)
- Deep endemic mycoses (coccidioidomycosis, paracoccidioidomycosis, sporotrichosis, histoplasmosis)
- Cryptococcosis.
Administration and dosage: According to a doctor prescription.
Mycosis | Dosage |

Genital candidiasis | 1 caps once |
Reducing the frequency of relapses of genital candidiasis | 1 caps every 3 days (days 1, 4 and 7), then 1 capsule once a week for 6 months until there is a risk of infection |
Treatment of mycoses of the oral mucosa (thrush), pharynx | 2 caps on the 1st day, then 1 caps/day until symptoms disappear |
Prevention of mycoses of the oral mucosa (thrush), pharynx | 1 caps/day until there is a risk of infection |
Mucosal mycoses | 1-2 caps/day for 7-30 days, depending on the location |
Skin mycoses (athlete’s foot, inguinal) | 1 caps/week for 2-4 weeks; for athlete’s foot – up to 6 weeks |
Tinea versicolor | 2 caps/week for 1-3 weeks |
Onychomycosis | 1 caps/week until re-growth of healthy nail: fingernails – 3-6 months, toenails – 6-12 months |
Coccidioidomycosis | 2 caps/day for 1-2 years |
Sporotrichosis | 2 caps/day for 1-16 months |
Histoplasmosis | 2 caps/day for 3-17 months |
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity.
Precautions: hepatic and/or renal insufficiency, concomitant use of potentially hepatotoxic drugs, alcoholism, pregnancy, lactation, children under 6 years.
Packing: 2 capsules in a blister. 1 blister (2 capsules) in a cardboard box along with a leaflet.
